A successful recruitment process

A successful recruitment process begins with an initial meeting, during which we acquaint ourselves with the client’s organisation, personnel and business environment. We also perform on-site mapping of the client’s work environment.

According to the client’s wishes, the application process can be either open or anonymous. In an open process, information about the company and position is shown in our recruitment channels. In an anonymous process, the company name and more detailed information about the position will be disclosed only to those who qualify for further stages of the recruitment process.

After the interviews, we will introduce the most suitable candidates to the client company and, if necessary, participate in the process for further interviews.

We want to ensure that everything goes as planned also after the recruitment decision has been made and the employment contract signed. For this reason, we always are still available to both parties after completion of the recruitment process.
